How It Works

A client sounds like themselves before you write a word.

Set a client up once and GoMimic reads what they have already published. From then on, a post you paste in comes back as every format you picked for that client, in their voice, ready for the approval link.

Set Up the Client Once

The voice comes from writing the client already published.

You point GoMimic at a client's real published work. It reads for habits: how they open, how long their sentences run, what they call the people they sell to, how they close.

Nothing is taken on one sighting. A habit enters the profile only once three separate documents confirm it, so one unusual post never bends a whole voice.

Watch the third confirmation land: two habits cross into the profile, and the one seen only twice stays where it is.

Paste the Post

One published post in. Every format you picked back.

You tick the platforms this client publishes to, and everything ticked is written from that one paste and lands together. One format or all eighteen, the same single press.

The Paste

Why Freight Buyers Stopped Answering Your Email

1,420 words. Published this morning. Client: Northbeam Logistics.

Paste a published post and get back every format you picked, in under 60 seconds.

What Comes Back
Reading the post against the voice profile, then writing them together.
  • LinkedIn CompanyFour short paragraphs, buyer problem first, closing question intact.Writing
  • Founder LinkedInFirst person, one anecdote from the post, no company voice.Writing
  • NewsletterSubject line, 180 word body, one link back to the post.Writing
  • X ThreadSeven posts, the quote from paragraph three kept whole.Writing

Nothing is forced. No platform is ticked unless you picked it, at setup or the last time you ran this client.

You post it. GoMimic never publishes anywhere. Your team does that.

The voice holds. This copy is never read back into the profile.

Ask for More

Anything else that post owes you is one click, when you want it.

A week later that post can still give you more. Pick the formats and they are created together, in the same client voice, and land beside what the post already has.

Adding to a post only writes what is missing, so a format it already holds costs nothing and is shown as already made rather than offered again.

Created on Request

Nothing yet. Pick a format above.

Nothing runs until you ask. Thirteen formats this post does not have yet.

    Send for Approval

The client approves from a link. No login, no seat.

Send the assets as one link. The client reads them in a browser and approves, asks for a rewrite, or turns the post down. Nothing approves itself, and a link nobody acts on expires rather than sitting open.

    gomimic.ai/approve/8f2c41…Waiting on the client
    1. SentOne link, no login and no account. It carries every asset in the bundle.
    2. ReviewedThe client works through them. Nothing reaches you until they submit.
    3. DecidedApproved, changes requested, or not approved. A person clicks.
    4. ExpiresThe window is set per send, from twelve hours up. A lapsed link closes.

Reminders go out on their own while a link is still open, and you can withdraw a link at any time without losing what the client already said.

    It Accumulates

Every run makes the next client conversation easier.

Assets, approvals and rewrites stay attached to the client, not to whoever was on the account that month. The record is the report.

    What GoMimic Never Does

    Publish anything

No platform connections and no posting on your behalf. Your team posts the approved copy.

    Learn from itself

Only the client's real published writing shapes the voice. GoMimic's own copy never feeds back in.

    Approve on its own

A person approves every asset. A review link that lapses expires instead of going ahead.

Set up one client and paste their last post.

You will know inside one run whether the voice is right. If it is not, say what to change and rewrite it.

No account required. Use one of your actual URLs.
